Palone Bros. offers a variety of services in Manhattan to take care of any of your HVAC needs. We have our own in-house duct manufacturing plant, which helps us facilitate all of our services quickly and accurately. Combined with our expert service and installation divisions, we make the perfect team to help assure your climate control and satisfaction.
We specialize in new installations and servicing of high-end residential townhouses, apartments, as well as any size commercial project, to encompass a vast variety of Manhattan’s construction and architecture styles. The Manhattan installation team is both well versed and experienced in a plethora of design build applications, as well as more straight forward plan and spec projects based on an Engineer’s mechanical drawings. Perfectly complimenting our installation team, the Manhattan service department proudly offers maintenance and repairs on all of our new installations. We also offer full servicing and/or maintenance on most types of air conditioning and heating systems, regardless of who installed them! We even pride ourselves in inheriting “problem” jobs in which other HVAC vendors made mistakes and are incapable of fixing the issues and getting the systems up and running.

- Service – With our team of skilled mechanics, we can fix, replace, and/or clean any AC component to ensure the smooth operation of your AC system.
- Maintenance – Palone Bros. offers customized maintenance contracts, that will effectively maintain all of your AC equipment.

Duct Manufacturing
Our in-house duct manufacturing division makes it extremely easy for us to quickly and accurately fabricate any rectangular ductwork that may be needed for a project. It also allows us to custom make certain sizes and pieces in order to achieve a certain concept or duct route.
Sales – In addition to manufacturing the rectangular duct for our own projects, we offer individual sales of any amount of ductwork
